F-T柴油-生物柴油-甲醇多元燃料性能和排放特性分析

         

摘要

将多种柴油替代燃料混合,在解决多元燃料稳定性基础上进行试验研究。在不调整柴油机结构参数的情况下,分析不同混合比的F-T柴油、生物柴油和甲醇掺混的多元燃料的性能和排放特性。结果表明,随着甲醇添加比例的增加,多元燃料表现出如下的燃烧特性:滞燃期逐渐延长,燃烧持续期逐渐缩短,燃烧压力、压力升高率和放热率峰值均逐渐增大;柴油机输出功率逐渐下降,在高转速时下降幅度较大,但动力性下降幅度均未超过30%;柴油机有效热效率逐渐降低,最大降幅为6.8%;CO ,HC与NO x 排放有增加的趋势,PM排放逐渐降低。%Different alternative fuels were mixed and the experimental research was conducted to solve the instability of multi-fuel .Keeping the configuration of diesel engine unchanged ,the performance and emission characteristics of F-T diesel ,Bio-diesel and methanol blended fuels were analyzed .The results show that ,with the increase of methanol proportion ,the ignition delay period of blended fuel prolongs ,the combustion duration shortens ,and the maximum combustion pressure ,the pressure rise rate and the maximum heat release rate increases respectively .The power output of diesel engine declines ,the decrease magnitude is larger in high speed ,but its drop value is still within 30% .The effective thermal efficiency decreases and its lar-gest drop is 6 .8% .The CO ,HC and NOx emissions have an increasing tendency and the PM emission decreases gradually .
