多相流振荡传热湍流数值模型的比较研究

     

摘要

为确定准确描述多相流振荡传热过程的湍流数值模型,分别采用Realizable κ‐ε模型和SST κ‐ω模型对多相流振荡传热的流动过程进行了仿真分析,对其传热效果进行了预测,并与多组试验结果进行比对。结果表明:无论是针对闭式空腔振荡传热还是开式内冷油腔振荡传热,采用SST κ‐ω模型都可以更为准确地模拟多相流振荡运动规律,传热系数计算值与试验结果保持了较高的一致性。对于开式内冷油腔振荡传热计算,随着雷诺数增大,传热系数计算值的误差开始增大,说明SST κ‐ω模型在低雷诺数条件下准确性更高。%In order to determine the turbulence numerical model which can correctly describe the multi‐phase flow oscillating heat transfer ,the flow process was simulated and analyzed with Realizable κ‐εmodel and SST κ‐ωmodel respectively .Mean‐while ,the heat transfer effect was predicted and compared with the test data .The results show that SST κ‐ωturbulence model can simulate the multi‐phase flow oscillating movement accurately and the calculated heat transfer coefficient agrees with the test data no matter the oscillating heat transfer is of close cavity or open oil cooling cavity type .In the oscillating heat transfer of open oil cooling cavity ,the error of calculated heat transfer coefficient begins to increase with the increase of Reynolds num‐ber ,which illustrates that SST κ‐ωturbulence model has higher accuracy in low Reynolds number condition .
