增压系统废气旁通阀的分布式电子控制

         

摘要

Due to the fact that the mechanical exhaust bypass turbocharging system could not control waste gate accurately and flexibly, an exhaust bypass turbocharging system based on distributed electronic control was designed. The electronic control unit controlled the opening and closing of two electromagnetic valves by receiving the control signal from diesel engine ECU, which realized the automatic control of waste gate actuator. The control system was tested on the two-stage turbocharging system with bypass regulating valve. The results show that the system can realize data sharing between systems and high regulation precision. At high speed and high load, diesel engine can keep small valve opening.%由于机械式废气旁通增压系统无法实现对增压放气阀开度进行灵活、精确地控制,设计了基于分布式电子控制的废气旁通系统.电控单元通过接收柴油机ECU传送的控制信号,控制2个电磁阀的开闭,从而实现对增压放气执行器的自动控制.该控制系统在带旁通调节阀的某柴油机二级增压系统上进行了试验.结果表明,该控制系统实现了系统之间数据共享及较高的增压调节精度,柴油机在高速大负荷下阀门开度较小.
