以某4缸、增压直喷柴油机为样机,利用专业试验台架,对样机的喷油提前角和EGR阀开度进行了不同工况下的标定,使样机的排放指标达到欧Ⅳ排放标准.验证了喷油提前角和EGR系统对柴油机排放的影响,找到了使发动机排放达到最理想状态时的最佳喷油提前角和EGR阀开度.%For a 4-cylinder turbocharged direct injection diesel engine, the fuel injection advance angle and EGR valve opening were calibrated under different conditions on a special test bench, which made the engine emission meet the requirement of Euro ]V and verified simultaneously the influence of fuel injection advance angle and EGR valve opening on diesel engine emission. Finally, the fuel injection advance angle and EGR valve opening for optimal emission were found.
