基于DoE的公交客车换挡规律优化

         

摘要

For an auto-shifting urban bus, the shifting schedule of optimal power and economy was designed. With the DoE theory, the mathematical models of evaluation index were established. Based on the model, the shift schedules of busy and idle time were optimized aiming at the comprehensive evaluation value under the constraint conditions and the optimized results were verified. The research showed that, at the specified weight, the optimized shift schedules of busy and idle time were evidently superior to the former shift schedules.%针对自动挡公交客车,制订了整车最佳动力性、经济性换挡规律.应用试验设计(DoE)理论,构建各评价指标的RBF数学模型,基于数学模型,分闲时和忙时,在满足约束条件的前提下,以换挡规律综合评价值(T综)作为优化目标,对换挡规律进行优化,并对优化结果进行验证.研究表明,在特定的权重配比下,优化后的闲时和忙时换挡规律均优于优化前的动力性和经济性换挡规律.
