This paper discusses the composite card for Digital Video Broadcasting stream based on PCI bus， which is designed and realized by the PCI bus controller S5920 and digital signal processor TMS320C31，it also gives the introduction of S5920 and the DVB card’s software and hardware．%介绍了基于PCI总线，利用PCI总线控制器S5920和DSP芯片TMS320C31所设计的DVB流合成卡，并提供了S5920 及该卡的软、硬件说明。
