分析了战略管理与示范校建设项目的相互关系，以天津市第一轻工业学校为例，通过总结遵循战略管理基本路径指导示范校项目建设的全过程，明确项目战略管理是提升示范校项目管理能力，提高项目建设水平的可行路径，最后提出中职学校实施项目战略管理需要注意的问题。%This paper first analyzes the relationship between strategic management and the construction projects for model schools. Then with Tianjin First Light Industry School as an example, the paper summarizes the basic path of strategic management to guide the whole process of the construction of project and points out that the strategic management of projects is the feasible path to increase the management competence and construction level of the construction for model schools. Finally, some problems which secondary vocational schools need to be aware of in carrying out the strategy of project management are put forward.
