The small-scale corpus of scripts built for the EFL listening and speaking teaching in vocational colleges well fits the English level of vocational college students and their learning characteristics. It combines the teacher-centered presentation and student-centered autonomous learning, and optimizes task-based teaching and cooperative learning. Applied to teaching, the small-scale corpus of scripts can have three functions: highlight the usage of words, lexical chunks and structures with the help of corpus retrieval technology and context co-occurrence; build content schema and theme word bank; extract high-frequency chunks and strengthen the chunk teaching.%根据高职听说教学的需要建立的小型剧本语料库，契合了高职学生的水平特征和学习特点，融合了以教师为中心的归纳展示和以学生为中心的自主探索，优化了任务型教学和合作学习，在教学实践中具有很高的应用价值。自建小型剧本语料库在英语听说教学中可应用于三个方面：利用语料库检索技术和语境共现，凸显词汇、语块、结构在语境中的用法；建构语言内容图式，建立话题词库；提取高频语块，强化语块教学。
