基于专业认同的高职院校入学教育模式研究

         

摘要

入学之初是高职院校新生社会角色、观念、行为转型的关键期,入学教育的成功与否影响到高职学生三年的学习成效与长期的职业发展。身份认同危机是当代高职学生面临的根本问题,因而引导新生确立专业/职业认同已成为高职院校入学教育的中心任务。应改变传统的事务化入学教育模式,构建以专业价值观为灵魂的理念传播、行为参与一体化的入学教育体系。%The entrance is the crucial period for the transition of social role, conception and behavior of freshmen in higher vocational colleges. Therefore, the quality of entrance education influences the three-year learning as well as the long-term career development of higher vocational students. As identity crisis is the fundamental problem that contemporary higher vocational students are facing, a central task in higher vocational entrance education is to guide freshmen to establish their professional identity by transforming the traditional task-oriented mode of entrance education into a new entrance educational system integrating professional values as the soul, dissemination of the concept and involvement in behavior.
