In order to improve the quality of teaching, to share training resources, the Sharing Type Training Base Construction is of great significance. By the research of training base, analysis of the process of construction of training base of computer network major of Harbin Vocational&Technical College, we put forward a construction scheme of training base suitable for the the actual situation of our province. Outstanding characteristics are the sharing ideology, which benefits both the college and some other vocational colleges. This paper makes deep analysis of the computer network training base construction project, from aspects of operation ways, the social impact, equipment maintenance and other aspects and proposes solutions.%为了提升教学质量，实现实训资源的共享，共享型实训基地建设研究的意义重大。通过对哈尔滨职业技术学院计算机网络专业实训基地调研、建设的过程的分析，提出了适合我省实际情况的实训基地建设方案。突出特色表现在共享的思想，不仅本学院受益，其他中高职院校也受益。本文对计算机网络实训基地建设项目，从运营方式、社会影响、设备维护等方面进行了深入的分析并对相关问题提出了解决方案。
