近年来，“智慧社区”建设引起了各方关注与一批物业企业的积极参与。本文通过介绍“智慧社区”建设的相关情况，着重分析研究了其给物业管理行业带来的机遇和挑战。机遇体现在“有效降低物业管理成本，提高服务质量，更好地满足业主需求”。挑战表现为“‘智慧社区’建设标准与规划缺乏，物业企业维护管理难；物业服务企业缺乏专业技术人才；信息化服务平台供应商选择难”。%The concept of“intelligent community”has caught a lot of attention in recent years and an increasing number of property management companies are actively involving in it. In this thesis, the author will introduce the related knowledge of“intelligent community”to mainly analyze the opportunities and challenges that it brings into property management industry. The opportunities refer to that it can effectively reduce the cost of property management, improve service quality and better meet the request of owners. The challenges refer to that it is lack of construction standards and proper plans, that there is difficulty in property management companies’maintaining and management, that property management companies are lack of professionals, and that there is difficulty in selecting informationization service platform providers.
