蒲石河抽水蓄能电站上水库库周帷幕灌浆施工

         

摘要

蒲石河抽水蓄能电站上水库库周帷幕轴线长1 618.6 m.设计帷幕灌浆为单排孔,孔距2.0 m,帷幕深入基岩相对不透水层以下3.0 m,钻孔深55.7~99.9 m.帷幕灌浆采取自下而上分段卡塞、孔内循环式灌浆法;对岩石节理发育、破碎及无法实现自下而上分段灌浆的不良部位,采用自上而下分段孔口封闭灌浆法施工.对全部帷幕灌浆孔进行孔斜测量,孔底偏差均满足设计要求.%The axis of curtain grouting surrounding the upper reservoir of Pushihe Pumped-storage Power Station is 1 618.6 m long. The curtain grouting holes is designed as a single row with a hole distance of 2.0 m. The curtain will deep into the relative impermeable rock about 3 m, so the depth of holes is about 55.7 ~ 99.9 m. The stage and circulation grouting is conducted from bottom to top, but for the holes in joint-developed and broken rocks, the stage grouting is conducted from top to bottom. The inclinations of all grouting holes are measured and the deviations at the bottom end meet design requirements.
