The acute lethal toxicity,cytotoxicity and histopathology of endosulfan on different fish species were summarized.The effects of endosulfan on physiological and biochemical indexes of fish as well as its genotoxicity and reproductive and developmental toxicity were reviewed.The future researches should be focused on joint toxicity of endosulfan and coexistent pollutants and toxicological mechanisms of endosulfan on fish.In addition,it is necessary to study transgenerational and multigenerational effects of full lifecycle exposure in future.%总结了硫丹对不同鱼类的急性致死毒性,对鱼类的细胞毒性和组织病理学,对鱼类生理生化指标的影响,以及对鱼类的遗传、繁殖和发育毒性,建议研究硫丹与其他污染物共暴露对鱼类的联合毒性,开展更多的实验来确定硫丹对鱼类的毒性机制,加强鱼类全生命周期暴露、子代传递效应、多代繁殖影响的研究.
