结合乌溪江水力发电厂监控系统改造工程，介绍了乌溪江水力发电厂监控系统改造方案的设计与实现。深入地分析了原有上位机系统以及现地LCU控制单元的现状和存在的主要缺陷并提出了改进方案，对主要配备的Quan-tum PLC 和新监控系统SD8000的特点进行了介绍，并介绍了改造过程中遇到的问题以及解决的方案，对于水电厂监控系统改造有一定借鉴意义。%Combining with the monitoring system reform project of Wuxijiang hydroelectric power plant, this paper intro-duces the design and realization of the monitoring system reform scheme of Wuxijiang hydroelectric power plant. It deeply analyzes the current situation and main defects of former upper computer system and local control unit (LCU), and pre-sents the improvement scheme. It also introduces the characteristics of the mainly equipped device, Quantum PLC, and the new monitoring system, SD8000, and introduces the problems encountered in the reform process and the solutions. It has some reference significance for reforming the monitoring system of hydroelectric power plant.
