The performance of hydraulic fracturing impacts on perforation holes sizes.In order to overcome the inconsistency of the perforation size which is caused by the distance between the inner wall of the casing and the outer wall of the perforating gun, and based on the method of calculating the hole diameter of the jetting target proposed by MA Cook, the forming mechanism of consistent through hole is analyzed by numerical simulation;the three kinds of equal diameter hole perforation charges are developed.The corresponding standard deviation of the aperture is simulated in the casing which is 3.98%, 4.19% and 3.01%.The size of the hole is basically the same as the design goal.%射孔孔眼大小对水力压裂效果有很大影响.为克服因套管内壁和枪管外壁间的距离变化带来的套管孔径大小不一致问题,以M A Cook提出的射流侵彻靶板孔眼直径计算方法为指导,通过数值仿真分析等孔径射孔弹作用机理,设计一种锥曲线变壁厚组合式药型罩结构,开发出89、102、127型3种相应的等孔径射孔弹.3种射孔弹在模拟试验中的套管上孔径相对标准偏差分别为3.98%、4.19%、3.01%,实现了套管孔径大小基本一致的设计目标.
