回顾了桑坡村“公司+农户”型毛皮产业集群的发展历程，详细阐述了桑坡村毛皮工业发展现状及存在的问题，并提出了毛皮工业可持续发展的措施，介绍了桑坡村毛皮工业给企业发展带来的有益启示。%In this paper it was reviewed the development history of "company plus farmer" pattern, a kind of fur and leather industry cluster in Sangpo. At the same time, the development status and problems of fur and leather industry were elaborated. Then, measures for sustainable development were also proposed. Fi-nally, the beneficial enlightenment from fur and leather industry in Sang Bo to the enterprise development was introduced.
