采用蒸汽吸收法对皮革及制品中可释放甲醛进行萃取,经乙酰丙酮显色后,用分光光度计比色法测定可释放甲醛的含量。结果表明:萃取瓶选用带胶垫的塑料瓶,最佳萃取温度为49益,时间20 h;回收率在91%~96%之间,表明该方法具有较高的准确性,样品颜色不影响甲醛含量的检测,可用于皮革及其制品中可释放甲醛含量的检测。%The vapor absorption method was used to extract released formaldehyde in leather and leather products, and then the formaldehyde content in the sample solution was determined using the colorimetric spectrophotometer after acetylacetone was added to make chromogenic reaction. The results showed that extraction bottles need to use plastic bottles with a pad, the best experimental conditions were extraction temperature 49 ℃, time 20 h and the recoveries obtained were between 91.5%-95.1%, which demonstrat-ed that this method had higher accuracy, the sample color did not affect the accuracy of detected formaldehyde content. Therefore, this method can be suitable for determination of released formaldehyde in leather and leather products.
