针对皮革的柔软性能、丰满性能和弹性性能的特征，确定了分析检测仪的测定方法、设计技术要求及工作原理。通过对皮革进行试验检测，与传统感官检验法对比验证。结果表明：本检测仪结构简单、操作方便，符合皮革性能指标检测要求，检测结果具有较高的参考价值；能实现皮革的三种性能检测，具有多功能性和高检测效率。% It was determined that the test method, the technical requirements for design and working principle of the detector according to the characteristics of softness, smoothness and flexibility of the leather. Several kinds of leathers were tested by this new detector, and the data were compared with that of traditional sensory test. The results show that this detector is simple in structure, easy to operate and meet the testing requirements of leather performances; therefore the test results have a high reference value. The detector can test three performances such as softness, smoothness and flexibility of the leather; therefore it is a multifunctional and high efficiency detector.
