Chromium-containing wastewater has characteristics of refractory and great harmfulness.Biological Treatment Technology has attracted much attention due to its high efficiency and low cost in heavy-metal-containing wastewater. Sulfate-reducing bacteria （SRB） are a class of anaerobic bacteria,which can be used in treating chromium-containing wastewater due to its resistance to heavy metals and low pH. The researches on application of SRB in treatment of chromium-containing wastewater were reviewed in this paper, and the mechanism and affecting factors in wastewater treatment were summarized.%硫酸盐还原菌（SRB）是一类对重金属和低pH具有较强抗性的厌氧菌，在含重金属及SO4^2-扣的工业废水处理方面具有优势。本文介绍了目前利用SRB处理含Cr工业废水的相关研究，并对处理机理和影响因素进行了总结。
