Rubber tear strength was determined according to GB/T529-2008 （（Rubber vulcanized or ther- moplastic - Determination of tear strength （Trouser Test Pieces）. The source of uncertainty in the whole process of measurement was analyzed, and each component of uncertainty was estimated and combined. Measurement uncertainty of rubber tear strength was obtained. The result showed that the main factors af- fecting determination of rubber tear strength were the repeatability and the rounding off of numerical val- ues.%依据GB／T529-2008《硫化橡胶或热塑性橡胶撕裂强度的测定》（裤形试样），对橡胶撕裂强度试验过程的不确定度来源进行了分析，并对其不确定度分量进行了评定与合成，得到橡胶撕裂强度测量不确定度的评定结果。结果显示，重复性测量和数值修约产生的不确定度是影响结果的主要因素。
