目的:探讨老年患者针灸医疗行为特点及对针灸医疗态度影响因素.方法:本研究采取横断面调查方式,并在合理行为理论基础上结合团队焦点访谈法收集数据.结果:老年人会根据自身经验初步判断所患疾病是否适合针灸治疗及针灸治疗带来的疼痛等不适是否可以接受;同时鉴于中华文化“亲情关系”影响,老年人会在一定程度上遵从管床医生或亲人的建议决定是否接受针灸医疗.结论:老年人针灸医疗行为及态度影响是一系列主观和客观因素交叉影响结果,所以未来一方面应加大针灸在老年疾病中可能的临床优势病症研究及针对老年人的针灸操作手段研发,另一方面应加强针灸正面宣传,推广研究成果,从而推动针灸医疗在老年医学中的运用.%Objective:To explore the characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion medical treatment behavior and the influencing factors on the attitude of acupuncture and moxibustion in the elderly.Methods:In this study,a cross-sectional questionnaire survey was adopted,and the data were collected by the team focus interview method based on the theory of rational behavior.Results:The elderly would determine whether the diseases they suffered are fit for the treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion based on their own experience and the pain caused by acupuncture and moxibustion can be accepted.At the same time,in view of the influence of Chinese culture,"family relationship",the elderly would follow the recommendations of the doctor or their relatives,to a certain extent,to decide whether to accept acupuncture treatment.Conclusion:The effects of acupuncture and medical behavior and attitude of the elderly are the results of a series of subjective and objective cross effect factors.Therefore,on the one hand,we should promote our research on the treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion on the possible clinical advantage diseases of the elderly,and focus on the development of acupuncture manipulations for them.On the other hand,we should strengthen the positive publicity of acupuncture and popularize the research results so as to push forward the application of acupuncture and moxibustion medical treatment in the elderly.
