通过对济钢中厚板生产线的生产组织现状和难点进行分析，提出了探伤钢板、特殊钢种、复合坯、薄规格钢板订单以及库存坯料消化等生产组织优化措施。措施实施后提高了订单交付水平，大幅度降低了坯料库存。%The article analyzes the actuality and difficulty of production organization in the medium and heavy steel plate production line of Jigang,puts forward the optimization measures of production organization in the respects of orders for ultrasonic detected steel plate,special steel grade,composite slab,light gauge steel plate and consumption of slabs in stock. After implementing the measures,order delivery rate is increased,slab quantity in stock is greatly de-creased.
