主要利用Gleeble-1500D热模拟机模拟压缩实验和ABAQUS有限元模拟软件建模，对济钢宽厚板厂X70管线钢的轧制变形过程进行热力耦合模拟计算，根据模拟计算结果对典型道次的应力、应变、板型等进行分析，为轧钢生产提供合理的工艺参数，以期延长轧机寿命、提高产品质量和减少试错过程的消耗。%By using Gleeble-1500D thermal simulator for compression simulation test and ABAQUS finite ele-ment simulation software model set-up,thermal-mechanical coupling simulation is carried out during X70 pipeline steel rolling deformation in the Wide and Heavy Plate Mill of Jigang. Analysis is made on rolling force,strain and plate profile of typical pass according to the result of simulation in order to provide proper technological parameters,prolong the service life of plate mill,improve product quality and reduce consumption during trial and error.
