Epoxy multi-layer polymer overlay for steel bridge deck as a new technology is gradually being applied.In the conditions of lacking technical standards and specifications,the American concrete institute 548.8 specifications and the research results of domestic scholar were taken into account.The bonding characteristics,temperature deformation and freeze-thaw properties tests of self-made epoxy and contrast samples were carried out and applied to practical engi-neering.%钢桥面多层环氧覆层技术作为一种新兴的桥面铺装工艺正逐渐被推广应用。在国内缺少相应技术规程的客观条件下，借鉴了美国混凝土协会 ACI 548.8规范中的要求及国内学者的研究成果，对自制环氧粘胶及对比试样进行了粘接特性、温度变形性及耐候性试验，并应用到实际工程，取得了良好效果。
