Due to the complicated geological conditions,karst tunnel construction often arises difficult problems. Tunnel should have high requirement for construction and supporting technology while facing weak strata.Once the negative reinforcement happened,the collapse risk is likely to increase.Combined with the case of the weak strata filling in a karst tunnel,corresponding reinforcement measures are put forward on the basis of detection forecast.In this case, the structural stability of the tunnel is effectively controlled,which guarantees the safety of the operation period.%岩溶隧道常因地质条件复杂出现施工棘手问题，其中软弱地层对施工的工艺及支护要求极高，一旦加固不利，极有可能发生塌方风险。结合某岩溶隧道的软弱地层充填案例，在探测预报的基础上，提出有针对性的加固措施，有效控制隧道的结构稳定性，并保证运营期的安全。
