新型高分子水泥助磨剂的合成及应用

         

摘要

The small monomer M was synthesized with maleic anhydride(MA)and diethanolamine(DEA).The M and allyl alcohol (AA)were then added into allyl polyethenoxy ether(B-400)to produce polymer cement grinding aid by aqueous solution polymerization,under the initiating effect of ammonium peroxydisulfate,the optimal molar ratio of polymer cement grinding aid was M∶AA∶B-400=1∶1.2∶0.5,amount of initiator 4.0%.The results of the ce-ment grinding aids test compared with black were as follows:sieved particles of 45 μm reduced 34.3%;the grains size of 3~32 μm increased 18.2%;3 d,28 d compressive strength of cement pastes were increased by 1 5.7% and 13.7%.%先用马来酸酐(MA)和二乙醇胺(DEA)合成了单体 M,后与丙烯醇(AA)、烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(B-400)用过硫酸胺(APS)作引发剂,在水溶液中通过自由基聚合合成新型高分子水泥助磨剂,确定了最佳单体摩尔比:M∶AA∶B-400=1.0∶1.2∶0.5,引发剂用量为单体总质量的4.0%。将该助磨剂应用于水泥粉磨试验,并与空白对比:45μm 筛余量降低34.3%;3~32μm 细颗粒的含量提高了18.2%;3 d,28 d 的抗压强度分别提高了15.7%,13.7%。
