The cracked SPCC cold rolled plate in drum-making was analyzed by means of macro fracture analysis, chemical composition analysis, mechanical properties examination, metallographic examination and micro fracture analysis . The re-sults showed that the clusters of micro-sized non-metallic inclusion was the major reason for cracking of SPCC cold rolled plate in drum-making.%采用宏观断口、化学成分、力学性能、显微组织及微观断口分析等方法，对冷轧SPCC基板在制桶过程中发生的开裂进行分析。结果表明SPCC冷轧板在制桶过程中发生开裂的原因是由材料中微小夹杂物聚集造成的。
