广东北江清西围临时蓄滞洪区调度优化研究

         

摘要

广东潖江蓄滞洪区采用新形势下的调度原则以后,使得清西围缺少了相应的调度方式.为此,建立了一维和二维耦合水动力数学模型,并采用该模型模拟计算了在北江300 a一遇洪水的工况下,潖江蓄滞洪区改变调度原则后,清西围不同开启时机、不同扒口位置及参数的调度运用方案.计算结果表明:广东潖江蓄滞洪区与清西围联合运用,可使石角站的洪峰流量削减至50 a一遇以下,从而能保障北江下游地区的防洪安全;当清远站的洪峰流量Q达到13600 m3/s时,启用清西围下游的恒屏段扒口(Z = 10.9 m,B = 300.0 m)的方案最优.相关研究成果可为广东潖江清西围的管理决策的研制提供科学依据,同时也能对北江下游防洪体系的优化调度运行提供参考.%There is a lack of corresponding dispatching scheme for Qingxiwei temporary flood detention basin after the new dis-patching principle of Pajiang River flood detention basin was put into practice. To solve the problem,after the flood dispatch so-lution of Pajiang River is cleared,1D and 2D coupling hydrodynamic models are established for Qingxiwei flood detention basin to simulate the dispatching scheme under different diversion starting times, different diversion sites and parameters in 300 -year flood in the Beijiang River. The results show that the peak discharge at Shijiao station is reduced to below 50-year flood by unit-ed operation of the Pajiang river flood detention basin and Qingxiwei temporary flood detention basin and the flood control safety of lower reaches of the Beijiang River can be ensured. When the discharge at Qingyuan station reaches 13 600 m3/s,flood diverting at Hengping section in the lower of Qingxiwei temporary flood detention basin is the optimal scheme. The results can provide a basis for the management of Qingxiwei temporary flood detention basin and a reference for the optimization and dispatch of flood control system for the lower reach of the Beijiang River.
