During the period of 12th Five－year plan,the follow－up support measures revolved around the object of sustain-able development for large and medium－sized reservoir resettlements,and phased progresses have been made in terms of in-creasing incomes,improving living environment,and promoting industrial development of reservoir area and host area.With the profound changes in the socio－economic situation,new challenges start to merge,therefore it is necessary to explore and im-prove the support measures.By comparing and analyzing six measures,and according to their advantages and disadvantages,and experiences from other provinces,we put forward suggestions that tailor to the practical situation in the Changshou district.It is expected that the follow－up support measures will be in line with the urgent needs of resettlements under new situation,and also help them keep pace with residents in Changshou district to achieve an overall well－off society.%"十二五"期间,重庆市长寿区大中型水库移民后期扶持工作围绕移民群众可持续发展目标,在提高移民收入、改善移民生活环境、促进库区和移民安置区产业发展等方面取得了阶段性成果.但随着社会经济形势的深刻变化,也出现了一些新的问题.因此,有必要及时对后扶方式进行探索和完善.通过分析比较6种主要后扶方式,在梳理其优缺点的基础上,结合其他省市的成功经验,提出了符合长寿区实际的大中型水库移民后期扶持方式的建议,以期使长寿区后期扶持方式在社会经济发展新形势下与移民群众的迫切需求协调一致,实现水库移民与全区人民同步全面小康.
