Impacted by rainy weather in Cambodia, mud-like intercalations with thickness of 5~10cm were generated in the rolling layers of sandstone materials of a rock-fill dam at downstream of Stung Russei Chrum. In order to understand the influ-ences of these intercalations on seepage and stability performance of the dam body, 3D seepage analysis and 2D dam slope stabili-ty analysis are carried out aiming at three typical cases, the impoundment period, the normal operation period and the flood dis-charge period. The results show that the mud-like intercalations have slight influence on the seepage field, but the stability of upstream slope decreases, so the rate of water level fluctuating should be controlled rationally during operation.%位于柬埔寨境内的额勒赛下游水电站面板堆石坝在堆石料碾压施工中,受多雨气候影响,在砂岩料的分层碾压层面间产生类泥状物质,形成5~10 cm厚的夹层。为了弄清类泥状物夹层对坝体渗流及稳定性的影响,对蓄水期、稳定运行期和泄洪期开展了三维渗流分析和二维坝坡稳定性分析。分析结果表明,类泥状物夹层对大坝渗流场影响较小,但上游坝坡稳定安全系数有所降低,工程运行中需合理控制水位消落速率。
