The project resettlement information collection is an important foundation for the resettlement planning, which exerts great influence on the implementation of reservoir resettlement. Based on the analysis of the status quo of the existing reservoir re-settlement information collection system, the design idea of a service-oriented customizable project resettlement information col-lection system that incorporates both "in-design" and"in-operation" sub-systems was put forward. The system architecture and the core function modules are discussed in details. The utilization of the system in practice proves that the system has fairly high flexibility and extensibility and can be applied to different types of projects.%工程移民信息采集是开展移民安置规划的重要基础性工作,做好此项工作,对移民安置的实施具有重要意义. 在分析了已有的水库移民信息采集系统建设现状的基础上,提出了采用"设计时"与"运行时"相结合,面向服务的可定制化的工程移民信息采集系统设计思路. 详细论述了系统架构以及核心功能模块. 实际应用,结果表明,该系统具有良好的灵活性和可扩展性,能适用于不同类型的工程项目.
