Zhamunong Valley is located in Bomi County, Linzhi Region of Tibet, where the debris flow and landslide occurs frequently. So, it suffers from extremely dangerous geological hazards, which are difficult to prevent and control. To find out the feasible treatment measures and achieve the best effect, the causes of the geological hazards were analyzed, and the treatment schemes of excavating the tunnel spillways for flood discharge were explored and discussed. The size of spillway was determined in terms of the inundation level of barrier lake, the impacts of the increased water level on lower stream, the selection of the cross-section of tunnel spillway, etc. The implementation of this project will provide reference for the treatment of debris flow in-duced by large scaled landslide and prevention of the secondary flood disaster.%西藏林芝地区波密县的扎木弄沟是一条高频滑坡泥石流冲沟,地质灾害频发,危害性大,治理艰难. 为寻求可行的治理方案,以达到最佳治理效果,通过分析扎木弄沟地质灾害发生原因,探讨了开挖泄洪洞排泄洪水的处理方案. 从湖区淹没水位、滑坡体壅高湖水位对下游的影响、泄洪洞断面的选择等方面进行了分析,科学合理地确定了泄洪洞规模. 可为特大型滑坡泥石流地质灾害后治理,防止造成次生洪涝灾害提供新的思路.
