大型堰塞湖的处置是目前应急抢险任务中较为棘手的一个问题，而科学正确的处置方案和施工组织是保证堰塞湖得到快捷、安全处理的关键。结合工程实例，对云南鲁甸红石岩堰塞湖处置所采用的施工方案和施工组织情况进行了归纳总结，同时对突发性自然灾害抢险处置所涉及的应急救援技术优选、施工组织方法、施工机械选择、灾情信息数据获取等问题进行了延伸探索。相关经验可供类似险情处理借鉴。%Treatment for large barrier lake is a difficult problem in emergency rescue mission , and the scientific and reasonable plan and construction organization is the key to safe and fast treatment .In combination with engineering cases , the plan and con-struction organization applied in the treatment of Hongshiyan Barrier Lake in Ludian County of Yunnan Province are summarized ;moreover , it makes an extension exploration for a series of technical issues in the risk treatment of natural disaster , including the selection and optimization of emergency rescue techniques, construction organization method, construction machinery selection and disaster information acquisition .
