The single and static displacement monitoring index for early warning obtained by engineering analogy can not ex-press the dynamic deformation features of bank slope during the fluctuation process of reservoir water level. Based on the liquid-solid coupling action of rock-soil caused by the fluctuation of reservoir water level, a dynamic early warning method to reflect the dynamic deformation of a soil slope bank under reservoir water level fluctuation was proposed. The dynamic early warning index of the soil slop bank, Xietan Sewage Treatment Plant in Three Gorges Reservoir area, under the water level fluctuation was deter-mined by this method, and the safety state of the slope was judged dynamically. The field deformation monitoring data has proved the validity and feasibility of this new method.%针对采用传统工程类比方法获得的单一静态变形监测预警指标无法表达岸坡在库水位变化过程中动态变形特征的问题,以土质堆积体岸坡为研究对象,考虑库水位变化引起岸坡岩土体的流固耦合作用,提出了一种动态反映库水位变化条件下岸坡变形特征的监测预警方法。结合工程实例,对三峡库区泄滩污水处理厂土质堆积体岸坡在不同库水位变化阶段的变形监测预警指标及其大小进行确定,并对其在库水位变化过程中的安全状态进行了动态判别,通过该岸坡现场变形监测与所提方法预警结果对比,证实了该方法的有效性和可行性。
