The maintenance and cleaning of underwater museum of White Crane Ridge Inscription in Three Gorges Reservoir Area depends on diving operation, and the diving in the protection body with special complexity and risk is different from general diving in open water. We first present the diving support system in the protection body, including air feed system, diving control-ling system and submersible transition chamber system. According to the characteristics of diving operation in the protection body and the performance of diving support equipment, and based on the author's rich diving experience and the diving regulations, the equipment requirements and safety precautions of diving operation inside are discussed, and the underwater cultural relics protec-tion attentions are proposed. The diving operation experience, equipment and method are significant valuable to similar underwa-ter project.%长江三峡库区白鹤梁水下题刻保护体内的维护工作需要依靠潜水作业来实现，其潜水不同于一般的开阔水域潜水，具有特有的复杂性和危险性。首先介绍了该保护体的潜水支持系统，如气源供气系统、潜水控制系统、潜水过渡舱系统。根据保护体内潜水作业的特点和潜水支持设备的性能，结合潜水规程和笔者多年潜水作业经验，提出了保护体内潜水的装备要求、安全措施以及保护水下文物的注意事项，其潜水作业经验、设备、方法对类似工程有一定借鉴意义。
