铜街子电站转轮室破损部位原因分析及处理措施

No. 2 unit of Tongjiezi Hydropower Station was put into operation at the beginning of 1990s, and the upgrading pro-ject was completed at the end of May, 2012. However, some damaged positions of the runner chambers were found within 1 year after its upgrading. An in-depth analysis showed that the damage was caused by several reasons including cavitation by vacuum vortex, insufficient air supply by vacuum-breaking valve and poor anti-vibration of flow. The corresponding solution is pro-posed, and the repair works is completed according to the design scheme, which lays a sound basis for the subsequent upgrading project.%铜街子水电站2号机组于20世纪90年代初投产发电,2012年5月底完成了增容改造工作,此后在投运不到1a的时间里即发现转轮室某些部位出现了破损。深入分析后认为,真空涡带引起的汽蚀破坏、真空破坏阀补气效果不佳、抗水流振动性能差等是造成转轮室破坏的主要原因,提出了相应的解决方案并完成了修复工作,为该电站其他即将开展的机组增容改造奠定了较好的基础。
