为了满足长江流域水资源开发与科学管理的需要，多年来，相关部门设立了大量水文、水环境、水土保持、水生态监测站及科学实验站，积累了大量流域开发与管理的水信息。但在资料收集与利用方面，仍存在着站点密度不够、监测能力不足、测站功能单一、缺乏统一管理机制、信息共享程度不高等问题。针对所存在的问题，提出了相应的对策与建议。%In order to meet the requirement of water resources development and scientific management in the Yangtze River Ba-sin, for many years, the relative departments have established a lot of monitoring stations of hydrology, water environment, soil-water conservation, water ecology, scientific experiment and accumulated a large amount of water information related to the basin development and management. But in the respect of information collection and utilization, there still exist the problems of insuffi-cient network density and monitoring capacity, single function of monitoring station, scarcity of a unified management system, low level of information sharing, etc. In the light of the existed problems, the correspondent countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
