三峡左岸电站桥机结构及新技术应用

         

摘要

The 1 200/125-t bridge crane in the left power house of Three Gorges Project is at present the largest one of its kind at home and abroad in terms of its lifting capacity for a single hook.The crane is used for installation,operating maintenance and repair of 14 large-sized hydrogenerator units with per-unit rated output of 700 MW in the left power house.This paper presents its properties and structural characteristics and application of new technologies.For example,a hinged structure with minimum height is adopted both to uniformly stress wheels of the bridge crane and to reduce the height of the bridge crane;in electric drive,an energy-regenerative(feedback-type) speed regulation scheme with frequency converted on common direct current busbars is adopted,resulting in eliminating braking electric resistances.The new structure and new technologies adopted in the 1 200/125-t bridge crane can be used for reference in design and manufacture of other large and medium-sized bridge cranes in the future.%长江三峡工程左岸电站主厂房内1 200/125 t桥机是当前国内外单钩起重量最大的桥式起重机,它担负着电站14台单机额定出力700 MW巨型水轮发电机组及其辅助设备的安装、运行维护和检修的吊装任务。介绍了1 200/125 t桥机的性能特性、结构特点以及新技术在该桥机上的应用,如采用超低铰接结构,既可使桥机车轮受力均衡,又降低了桥机高度;电气传动采用能量再生式(回馈式)公用直流母线变频调速方案,取消了制动电阻等。1 200/125 t桥机的新结构、新技术,可供今后大、中型桥机的设计、制造参考。
