某锡石多金属硫化矿的选矿工艺研究

         

摘要

A “flotation -reelection”joint process was used to study the fine -grained disseminated cassiterite,a mineral component complex cassiterite.Refractory ore research,ore properties were analysized ,the “flotation -reelection”and “mixed flotation -reelection technical and economic indicators”in two of the process were examined.The results showed that:in flotation -reelection process,tin comprehensive re-covery was of 40.43%,copper recovery was of 65.87%.Compared with the bulk flotation -reelection process,tin comprehensive recovery rate was 2.49% low,copper recovery was 4.2% higher;in flotation -reelection process of processing,a tonne of ore gross profit was 58.46 yuan,compared with flotation -re -e-lection process 13.93 yuan more revenue was obtained.%采用“浮选-重选”联合工艺对锡石细粒嵌布、矿物组分复杂的锡石多金属硫化矿进行研究。分析了矿石的性质,考查了“优先浮选-重选”和“混合浮选-重选”两种工艺流程的技术经济指标。结果表明:优先浮选-重选工艺流程中,锡的综合回收率为40.43%,铜的回收率为65.87%;与混合浮选-重选工艺流程相比,优先浮选-重选工艺的锡综合回收率低2.49%,铜回收率高4.2%;优先浮选-重选工艺流程的处理每吨原矿的毛利润为58.46元,比混合浮选-重选工艺流程多收入13.93元。
