用于输电线路带电作业的碳纤维复合材料承力工具研制

         

摘要

针对当前国内碳纤维新型复合材料在带电作业承力工具领域研究应用空白,提出采用高性能碳纤维复合材料制造110 kV、220 kV、500 kV三种输电线路带电作业常用承力工具。以常用的直线和耐张承力工具为研究对象,首先制备碳纤维增强复合材料板材,然后按拉制工艺和模压成型工艺制作承力工具,最后通过力学性能试验来考核所研制的工具是否满足承载力要求,在此基础上选取相应工具进行现场应用验证。试验与现场应用效果表明:研制的碳纤维新型复合材料承力工具能满足实际带电作业工作需要,具有较高的应用价值和推广前景。%In view of the current domestic carbon ifber composite materials in the new bearing live working tools Application ifeld blank, proposed the use of high-performance carbon ifber composite materials manufacturing 110 kV, 220 kV, 500 kV Transmission Line three kinds of commonly used bearing live working tools. The usual linear and resistance to Cheng-power tool for the study, prepared ifrst carbon ifber reinforced composite material sheet, then press drawing process and molding production process bearing tools. Finally, the mechanical properties of the test to assess the development of the tool meets the bearing capacity requirements select the appropriate tool on the basis of ifeld application veriifcation. Test and ifeld application results showed that: the development of new carbon fiber composite materials bearing the actual live working tools to meet operational needs, has a high value and promotion prospects.
