Chiral carbon atom center is prevalent structure in organic compounds and its synthesis has been considered as one of the most important and challenging topics in organic chemistry and medicinal chemistry. Recently, construction of chiral carbon atom centers via transition-metal-catalyzed C(sp2)-H acti-vation has achieved great progress.
