2,7-二甲基-2,4,6-辛三烯-1,8-二醛合成方法概述

         

摘要

2,7-二甲基-2,4,6-辛三烯-1,8-二醛(简称“十碳双醛”,简写:C10)为合成类胡萝卜素的关键中间体。对十碳双醛的结构和用途做了简要介绍;对现有专利、文献报道的十碳双醛的合成路线做了全面综述,指出各合成工艺中存在的优缺点,对工艺中需要改进的地方作了简单的说明;提出十碳双醛今后的研究方向,为十碳双醛及类胡萝卜素系列产品的合成提供了重要的参考意义。%2,7-Dimethylocta-2,4,6-triene-1,8-dial(abbreviation“Ten carbon double aldehyde”, C10), is the key intermediates for the synthesis of carotenoids. First, structure and application of C10 were briefly introduced; Then, synthetic route of C10 reported in patents and literature were comprehensive reviewed, and pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of these synthesis process, while the process needs to be improved was briefly descripbed. At the end, the future research direction of C10 was proposed, which pro-vides an important reference value for the synthesis of C10 and carotenoids.
