According to the analysis of common problems about the emergency tank design of the cleaning waste water drainage system in chemical enterprises,such as confused concepts,the unfit designed site,the undefined computing methods of volume and form,these problems above have been defined,some opinions and solutions have been put forward.%针对在工程实践中遇到的关于化工企业清下水事故池设计中的常见问题如概念混淆、设置地点不当、容积计算方法模糊、设置方式不确定等进行了分析,明确了事故池的概念和特点以及设置地点的合理选取,提出了容积计算和设置方式和形式的意见和建议。
