Objective To investigate effect of minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate for tibial and fibular fractures. Methods 24 patients with menstrual fibula posterolateral fractures after minimally invasive plate fixation of distal tibia and fibula with percutaneous locking were retrospective analyzed from February 2012 to December 2016,and fracture healing time and postoperative complication were observed. At the end of the follow-up, they were assessed by tibial fracture Johner-Wruhs score and ankle function score AOFAS. Results All 24 patients were followed up with an leas time of 6 months. All fractures had clinical healing,one cases had local skin necrosis,they had no infection,no loosening or breakage. According to Johner-Wruhs criterion,the results were excellent in 14cases,good in 10,fair in 2. According to AOFAS criterion,the results were excellent in 15cases,good in 8,fair in 1. Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fixed for tibiofibula fractures plus the fibular posterolateral approach is the effective method in the treatment of type AO 43-A3 distal tibiofibular fractures,which has advantages of rapid recovery,soft-tissue tension,decreasing shortening the time for preoperative preparation,fracture healing time is shortened and little complications,especially for who has several soft tissue injuring.%目的 探讨腓骨后外侧入路微创经皮钢板内固定技术治疗AO分型43-A3型骨折的临床应用效果.方法 回顾性分析自2012年2月至2016年12月经腓骨后外侧入路微创经皮锁定钢板内固定治疗的胫腓骨远端骨折患者24例,观察患者骨折愈合时间及术后并发症,末次随访胫骨骨折Johner-Wruhs评分和踝关节功能AOFAS评分.结果 所有患者随访时间均>6个月,1例患者发生切口局部皮肤坏死,无切口感染、钢板外露等并发症,患者末次随访时根据胫骨Johner-Wruhs评分标准,其中优14例,良10例,可2例根据AOFAS评标准,其中优15例,良8例,可1例.结论 腓骨后外侧入路微创经皮钢板治疗胫腓骨远端43-A3型骨折,能够减轻胫前软组织张力,缩短术前准备时间,术后恢复快,尤其适用于软组织情况欠佳的患者.
