Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of intramedullary nail for tibial shaft fractures via the supra-patellar approach. Methods 18 patients with supra-patellar approach on the clinical data of intramedullary nailing for tibial shaft fracture from June 2012 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All patients were followed up for 6~24 months,according to the Lysholm knee rating 75~93 points, 88 points average. Conclusion The supra-patellar approach on intramedullary nailing for tibial shaft fracture,which reset and the operation is convenient,postoperative knee pain rate is low,thus achieving good clinical effect.%目的 观察经髌上入路髓内钉治疗胫骨干骨折的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析2012年6月至2015年12月18例经髌上入路髓内钉治疗胫骨干骨折的临床资料.结果 所有患者均获得随访,时间6~24个月,按Lysholm膝关节评分75~93分,平均88分.结论 经髌上入路髓内钉治疗胫骨干骨折,复位及操作简便,术后髌前疼痛率低,可取得良好的临床效果.
