目的 了解金华地区浅部真菌病的患病情况,探讨其高危因素.方法 对确诊浅部真菌病的患者开展问卷定量调查,收集数据,统计分析.结果 收集问卷400份,有效问卷380份,有效率95.0%,其中观察组211人,对照组169人.观察组进食白肉食品少(β=0.676,OR=0.509,P=0.002),吸烟(β=0.708,OR=2.030,P=0.022),易导致浅部真菌病的发生.经常吃新鲜蔬菜、水果、豆类、蛋类、奶类不是导致浅部真菌病发生的危险因素(P>0.05).观察组高血压(β=1.746,OR=5.731,P=0.024),足汗多(β=1.012,OR=2.750,P<0.001),易导致浅部真菌病的发生.糖尿病、使用免疫抑制剂、糖皮质激素、饲养宠物、体质指数不是导致浅部真菌病的发生的危险因素(P>0.05).结论 白肉食品进食少、吸烟、高血压、足汗多可能是患浅部真菌病的高危因素.%Objective To study the prevalence of superficial mycosis in Jinhua and to explore its risk factors. Methods Questionnaires were collected from outpatients with superficial mycoses in our hospital. The data were collected and analyzed statistically. Results The effective rate of questionnaires was 95.0%(380/400),that included 211 cases in the case group and 169 cases in the control group. The differences of less white meat eating(β=0.676,OR=0.509,P=0.002),smoking(β=0.708 OR=2.030,P=0.022),high blood pressure(β=1.746,OR=5.731, P=0.024),foot sweat(β=1.012 and OR=2.750,P<0.001)in the case group were significant than that in the control group. Eat frequently fresh vegetables,fruits,beans,eggs,milk,diabetes,immunosuppressive agents and glucocorticoids,feeding pets,body mass index were not statistically significant. Conclusion Eating less white meat,smoking,diabetes,high blood pressure,shared slippers,foot sweat are potential risk factors for superficial fungal disease.
