目的 探讨腓肠肌瓣V-Y延长术联合长屈肌腱转位治疗慢性跟腱断裂的疗效及护理.方法 回顾性分析2011年2月至2013年4月14例慢性跟腱断裂伤患者的临床资料,所有患者均采取手术治疗,并实施完善的术前术后护理,主要包括术前加强心理疏导稳定情绪,使患者积极配合治疗,术后重点做好肢体护理、疼痛护理、积极做好健康宣教、防止跟腱再断裂等并发症的护理.结果 14例患者手术顺利,术后平均住院20d,未出现严重并发症,功能恢复良好.结论 积极做好术前术后护理,同时加强出院指导和回访,可以有效减少并发症发生,医护共同合作促进患者良好康复.%Objective To evaluate the efficacy and nursing of hallux Iongus tendon transfer combined with gastrocnemius flap V-Y lengthening in treatment of chronic Achilles tendon rupture. Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of fourteen patients with old Achilles tendon rupture in our hospital from February 2010 to April 2014. All patients were treated with hallux Iongus tendon transfer combined witn gastrocnemius flap V-Y lengthening to rebuild Achilles tendon,and implemented with the preoperative and postoperative care perfectly. Mainly including preoperative psychological counseling to strengthen emotional stability,to actively cooperate with the treatment,good skin care. The post-operative care would focus on physical care,postoperative pain nursing,actively carrying out health education,preventing complications such as recurrent rupture of Achilles tendon. Results Fourteen patients were operated successfully. The average hospital stay was 20 days,and no serious complications occurred. The function of broken extremity recovered all well. Conclusion Actively doing a good job of preoperative and postoperative care,meanwhile strengthening the discharging guidance and return visit,can effectively reduce the incidence of complications. Physician-nurse coorperative can help to promote patients' good recovery.
