Objective To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid nodules in pregnancy. Methods To review the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid nodules in pregnancy diagnosed in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2016. Results Among the patients,there were 63 cases of nodular goiter,43 cases of thyroidcyst,17 cases of Hashimotos thyroiditis,13 cases of thyroid tumor and 4 cases of thyroid carcinoma.2 cases chose surgery during pregnancy,and other patients were under monitoring until the end of pregnancy, when they chose treatment. Conclusion Early diagnosis evaluation and scientific treatment are important to help pregnant women with thyroid nodules to get a good pregnancy outcome.%目的 探讨妊娠期甲状腺结节的诊断与治疗方法.方法 回性顾分析2012年1月至2016年12月147例妊娠期甲状腺结节患者诊断及治疗方法.结果 147例患者中结节性甲状腺肿70例,甲状腺囊肿患者43例,桥本甲状腺炎患者17例,甲状腺瘤13例,甲状腺癌4例,其中2例患者妊娠中期于外院行手术,其余患者于妊娠期严密观察并监控甲状腺功能,在妊娠期结束后再选择治疗方法.结论 早期诊断评估并进行科学规范有效治疗对帮助妊娠合并甲状腺结节孕妇获得良好的妊娠结局十分重要.
