新生儿窒息严重程度与红细胞分布宽度的相关性

         

摘要

目的 探讨新生儿窒息严重程度与红细胞分布宽度(RDW)的相关性.方法 收集2014年1月至2016年8月期间的窒息新生儿的RDW数据,进行5 min Apgar评分,0~3分为重度窒息,4~7分为轻度窒息,8~10分正常新生儿,其中轻度窒息648例,重度窒息623例,正常新生儿4594例.结果 重度窒息组与轻度窒息组和正常对照组比较,RDW升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01).随着患儿窒息的加重,RDW增高,5 min Apgar评分与RDW存在明显的负相关.结论 RDW可能是判断新生儿窒息严重程度的较好指标之一.%Objective To investigate the correlation between neonatal asphyxia severity and red blood cell distribution width. Methods The data of RDW of asphyxia newborn were collected in our hospital from January 2014 to August 2016. According to 5 min Apgar score,these newborns were divided into 0~3 points as severe asphyxia,4~7 points as mild asphyxia,8~10 points as normal newborn,648 patients with mild asphyxia,623 patients with severe asphyxia,4594 normal newborn. Results Compared with mild asphyxia group and normal control group, RDW was elevated in severe asphyxia group and the difference was significant(P<0.01) .With the deterioration of the illness,RDW was increased by the exacerbations of asphyxia .There was a obviously negative correlation between 5 min Apgar score and RDW. Conclusions RDW is probably a better indicators in judging the severity of neonatal asphyxia.
