目的 评价孟鲁司特钠联合丙酸氟替卡松对中、重度过敏性鼻炎相关症状及生活质量的改善情况.方法 采用前瞻性随机对照试验,将中重度过敏性鼻炎患者96例随机分为观察组与对照组,各48例.对照组单独采用丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂治疗,观察组采用孟鲁司特钠联合丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂治疗,两组疗程均为8周.比较两组治疗前后症状评分和鼻炎相关生活质量评分.结果 治疗前后,两组症状评分和鼻炎相关生活质量评分均显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).与对照组比较,观察组能显著改善治疗后4、8周的日间鼻症状、眼症状、夜间症状及鼻炎相关生活质量评分(P<0.05).结论 孟鲁司特钠与丙酸氟替卡松联合用药疗效显著,安全性好,适用于中重度过敏性鼻炎患者的治疗.%Objective To explore the effect of montelukast combined with fluticasone propionate in improving symptoms and life quality of patients with moderate and severe persistent allergic rhinitis. Methods In this prospective,randomized controlled trial,96 adult patients with moderate and severe persistent allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into the study group(n=48)and control group(n=48). The control group was given fluticasone propionate,while the study group was given montelukast additionally. Both groups were treated for eight weeks. The symptom scores and the life quality scores before and after the treatment in both groups were evaluated and compared. Results After the treatment,both groups were improved in symptom scores and the life quality scores. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the scores including daytime nasal and eyes symptoms,symptoms at night and the quality of life were significantly decreased after four or eight weeks treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion Montelukast combined with fluticasone propionate in the treatment of moderate and severe persistent allergic rhinitis shows more notable efficacy and higher security.
